A gymnastics discipline where the gymnast somersaults and twists in the air

An Introduction

Trampolining is a gymnastics discipline as well as a competitive Olympic sport in which athletes perform acrobatics while bouncing on a tightly sprung web of elastic. A routine consists of 10 moves and is scored out of 10 by judges giving marks for height, difficulty and execution.

Join a Club

Harlington Hawks
Harlington Sports Centre is home to the Harlington Hawks Trampoline Club: a competitive trampoline club training twice weekly every Monday and Friday nights, 6-8pm. Accepting children from the age of 5 years right the way through to seniors, we have members competing at all levels.

Sessions are charged by the hour. After joining club membership at Harlington Hawks, you will also be required to join British Gymnastics.

Members of Harlington Hawks compete regionally, nationally, and some compete at competitions abroad. Harlington Hawks has previously had performers selected to represent Great Britain in the World Age Games and the annual Great Britain v Germany Youth Match.

Days: Monday & Friday
Times: 18:00 – 20:00
Cost: £4.50 per hour
